This is the best . That's why nobody moves out. I'm in a top floor men's unit. These top floor units have 4 bedridden 2 baths like the rest plus there is a loft room . Our loft room has a giant sectional couch, a beanbag chair and a 65 inch smart TV. The top floor costs a little bit more than the others but it's still less than $1/day more. Price is right at market value. Or a bit low. This year I pay $450/ mo for a private bedroom. ( it's great) And my fiancΓ© pays $420 at condo row for a shared. My best friend pays $500 at Isles. Management is excellent and honest.: Dhmanagement This year we are divided between 2 wards and it is like a family β€”with benefits. Perfect would be one ward because we have 50/50 men-women. Maybe somebody with church pull could point that out to SLC. My older brothers checked out all the housing in town before meβ€” Arlington. Lanai, Isles just name it ( I have 5 brothers and 2 sisters). By the time the last 4 of us came up to school it's all about The Avenues β€” cousins too. We wish we had more parking. That's our only beef. ( of note: we did not have car break ins while I've lived here that I know about. But we have had amazon package theft. Spring/summer is my favorite not just because pool life is the water volleyball but because somebody is always planning something. Like who wants to do zions this weekend. I rented from fall 2016 through winter 2019. ...

These condos are individually owned but are usually either managed by Aspen Ridge Management or Mountain View Management. They have the largest living rooms I have ever seen in student housing, which makes them great for hosting game nights or movie nights. There is also a pool (which has a setup ideal for playing pool volleyball) and a hot tub. One of the cons of living here is that every Spring it seems like there are a lot of car break-ins and packages getting stolen. So that's something to watch out for. As for the social scene, it's pretty fun in the ward that covers the 3 eastern buildings. They are pretty good at planning fun ward activities, and Spring and Summer 2016 generally rocked - everyone made a real effort to include everyone and there was a great amount of unity and love. However, during last Winter semester we've seen an uptick in gossip and general disunity in the ward, so that's been unfortunate to see. However, it will be essentially a whole new ward in the Fall (as almost all of the old members are moving out), so don't let the current culture dissuade you. I rented from fall 2015 through summer 2017. ...

My condo rocked. The Avenues are split into 3 wards, my ward was great, and everybody I talked to liked their ward. There is a pool. We put up a volleyball net across the pool. Sp/smmer was my favorite. My management was the best I have ever had. If we called with a repair need, they made arrangements and called us back the same day to tell us when the repair guy could come. Most of the girls live there for two years, and the men usually stay for 3 years.I think the ony reason I moved was because I broke up with my boyfriend...and wanted some space. (I thought the rent was more than fair--Liberty Square was charging $350/mo to share a bedroom) I rented from fall '08 through summer 10. ...

This place is SUPER close to campus and had a GREAT ward--super fun and friendly, which were my favorite parts about living there. It's also very open and has lots of space. The down sides: parking garage is incredibly small, and NO GUEST parking, which totally sucked. There were also MULTIPLE car break-ins and bike thefts. Also, the management absolutely SUCKED. They are all individually owned, most of them are owned by someone's parents who live in a completely different state so they won't ever take care of anything that needs to be fixed. The WORST management I have ever had. Also I lived here in the Fall '08 to Summer '09 but it was not an option... I rented from fall '07 through winter '08. ...

I really liked living here. The atmosphere is really social. My owners were great! They were so nice and considerate. They are all privately owned so I don't know the other owners are though. But it's definitlely a great place to live. There is always something exciting going down on 50 east! I rented from fall '06 through fall '07. ...
