Drug Dealers and users all live here! This is a great place to live! Especially if you like illegal drugs used by your downstairs neighbors that seeps through the vents and infects your whole house. We have lived here for more than 2 years and have never been affected by it. Now it has happened every day for 4 weeks. Imagine your wife telling you that she smells "skunk" and gets they Apartment manager, they confirm the smell, but at a later date say it must be the heating. I have never used the stuff but I have lived in Amsterdam, so I know what it smells like. We can't even call the police because we don't see it happening yet it is affecting our health. We are more lethargic, dehydrated, and have an acute hunger every time it happens. Sometimes they do it in the middle of the day or right when you try to go to bed. Great if you love the stuff but here it is still illegal and I don't want my family to be a part of it. You would think you would have protection within your own home but once you start smelling it and you just want to run away or call someone, you can't because it is where you live. Your kids will love growing up all high, and the hot tub is great too! I rented from spring 2015 through winter 2017. ...

Country Springs has to be the worse apartment complex I have dealt with over the years! There is no security whatsoever. Only about 50% of the lighting actually works in the complex. You are required to pay $15/month extra for a carport even if you don't use one. My furnace broke in the middle of winter, and I was told I would have to wait until the 1 maintanence man could fit me in even though I told them I had two baby girls at home. I ended up waiting almost two weeks, and the only thing the management told me was to use more blankets! The office staff does not listen to your complaints. The complex is supposed to be smoke free, but people are allowed to smoke right outside your door because "it is too hard to enforce or evict someone for smoking"!! When it was warm enough, I took my daughter to the park within the complex and found that the salt used to melt the sidewalks had been dumped into the sandbox. When I told the office management, I was told that the salt was highly toxic and that I should watch my kid more carefully to make sure she doesn't eat it and that there was nothing they could do about it. And by the way, there is a clause in the lease that says you must give them a 60 day notice of moving out of your apartment even if it is at the end of the lease. My friend was planning on moving out at the end of his lease, but was forced to pay for two months after his lease ended because he didn't give them the 60 day notice. This is the worst apartment complex ever and his managed by the worse staff ever! It is so bad that 17+ units are moving out this August (we were actually told that we COULDN'T move out in August because they already have too many people moving out!). Outrageous! I rented from fall '07 through spring '08. ...
