Aspen Ridge Management has perfected the art of ripping off students by offering low-level housing (bad internet, no tv, and ignorance to needed maintenance). I rented the 2013 school year and paid $280 a month. Mistakenly, I decided to renew for the 2014 school year. Aspen Ridge bumped up the price $15 dollars while taking away cable, and good internet that we had the previous year. They make you pay $50 bucks for yearly carpet cleaning but they never clean the carpet. Where does the money go? If you want a good place to park your car live here, but be sure to not get jipped from aspen ridge. I rented from fall '09 through winter 11. ...

Not a bad place to be. You are removed from some of the "BYU" social life, which I liked. I for one became a bit tired of dealing with every church meeting turning into a dating seminar. Average age of girls is 23. There are some old girls(26+), but most of the girls are actually pretty young. If you want a 19 year old lover, you would have your options here. On site management is up and down. Depends on who it is from year to year. Aspen Ridge is okay. Not great, but okay at least. The rent does seem to be climbing quickly I feel though. Parking is free and is never full. The Internet works pretty well most of the time. ...

So I lived here Winter 2014. The rent is pretty cheap, and utilities as well(usually like 20 bucks a month). The apartments are decent sized and overall not too bad. Then again I was not looking for anything spectacular, which they are not. Laundry is on site, but tiny and shared with another complex. The ward is really nice and most people are outgoing. I came in mid year so it was a little harder to fit in, but I am also not the most outgoing person. The biggest problem with this place are the girls in the ward, not that they are bad people, just there is very very little dating potential here. Average age for women I feel was like 24-25 while guys were 21-22 and most the women were RM's. So if you are hoping to find a girlfriend from your ward look somewhere else. Parking is awesome here, plenty of space and no boots. Overall not a bad place to live. I rented from winter 11 through winter 11. ...

Hidden BYU apartment complex gem! Great apartment setup and the ward is incredible. There are always plenty of parking spots and you don't need a parking sticker which means your friends can park there without getting booted. Love this place. I rented from fall '09 through winter 11. ...
