It's a nice place to live Compared to the last lady to the problem with a view about that place I don't know what she's thinking the owner's never lived on the property. I've been here for a number of years now and it's an excellent place to live I've been here for a number of years now and it's an excellent place to live ...

ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE. I lived here from September 2019 to March 2021 and the landlord, Michael Pflueger, is one of the scummiest and most dishonest people I've ever met. He lived in the unit next door and would have his band over to practice late into the night, playing loud music often past 1 or 2 am. I would also hear him and his wife screaming at each other constantly, incredibly loud and violent fights multiple nights a week. He was ALWAYS incredibly slow to deal with maintenance issues, a few examples out of many: - I was without heat for a month because he wouldn't call anyone to look at it. - The earthquake in March 2020 caused a large crack down my bedroom window that STILL wasn't fixed ONE YEAR LATER when I moved out. - I had consistent toilet issues for MONTHS, up to having to use the plunger every time I flushed, and he never called a professional to address it. Eventually the toilet flooded on the same night he had fiddled with it (while I was away from the apartment), and he is refusing to give my deposit back because of this. I'm going to court to try to get my deposit back but he has made threats of blackmail and is trying to blame me for a flood that happened when I wasn't even on the premises. It's been an absolute nightmare. I was essentially homeless for two months and all of my belongings were damaged when removed by the flood repair crews. There couldn't be a worse person on the planet to have as a landlord. Take my advice and avoid this place at all costs. ...
