Flithy, falling apart apartment. Completely unsanitary and Unsafe to inhabit. Water damage in several places. Patch jobs are coverups for what is really there. Fail to return phone calls. staff is nice, I feel sorry for them having to deal with a management that does not want to fix things the right way. ...
