The place is pretty nice, and there is a lot of room for you and your roommates. But quite honestly, this place needs a lot of updates. Some of which I have personally had to take care of and had no help from the landlords. If you are willing to put up with a little bit of crap and upkeep, then this place should work out for you. ...

It’s really nice for cheap but the management could be a lot better. But for it being $1,132 each semester I’m okay to deal with it. My roommates are amazing and the people are super freindly. We had to request some things to be fixed and cleaned after we moved in and it took them a while to get back to us. ...
