I've loved living at Snow Garden. They are the nicest and most social apartments I've seen in my two years at Snow. I had blind roommates both years and the people who live here are just awesome. Great wards, management is responsive, large shared rooms. Updated clubhouse as of Fall 2016. I would definitely recommend. Rent is just over 1220, which is a little more expensive than other apartments in Ephraim, but it ends up being about 300$ a month, and that includes utilities, so it really is a great deal. I rented from fall 2015 through spring 2017. ...

This is by far the nicest apartment complex for Snow College. I've never seen such a nice apartment for such a low price. Not so great on the social aspect, but only according to Snow College social life. It's far more social than other colleges I've visited. Most apartments are close to campus in Ephraim and while this one is close, it's still a bit of a longer walk than others. I rented from fall '07 through spring '08. ...
