I have absolutely LOVED living here. I am just leaving for Spring/Summer, but signed again in the fall. Wonderful location. As close to campus as you can get and we meet at the Manavu chapel which is also close. The ward is so much fun! All of the returned missionaries coming back have decreased the average age of the ward. It ranges from 22-27. Very social, engaged and fun! Management has been great to work with. And our landlords as well! Very competitively priced with other apartments around. Private bedrooms and very spacious living quarters for 4 people. Outside storage units. Central air and heating. Washer, dryer, dishwasher. It doesn't get much better than this people! My one frustration has been the underground parking. (It is free, and covered) but it is TIGHT! There is a space per tenant, but if you are one of the last ones to park, it can be difficult. I drive a 2007 Toyota Camry and have always been able to fit, but sometimes it takes me a little while to get in to the spot. I rented from fall 2014 through winter 2016. ...

I lived at Campus View for almost a year. The location was great because I was so close to campus, and the underground parking was fantastic. However, the ward was older: lots of graduates, and I felt kind of young, and didn't feel like the social life was fantastic, so if that's what you're looking for I would not recommend. If you're looking for peace and quiet, this is the place! I rented from fall 10 through spring 11. ...

Private rooms, free covered parking, washer/dryer, dishwasher, cable, 5-min walk to campus/gym, great ward (you meet in the Manavu chapel, totally awesome), spacious!
