You get a pretty big living room and kitchen area for a very low price. The bedrooms are small and the ward is pretty social. Conveniently located next to the gym, bank, bike shop, Little Caesar's, Taco Bell, and a few other restaurants.

C2 is stellar. I lived here for 2 years and I liked it a lot. One of the comments above said that the cleaning checks were hard and landlord not very good, but I think that's changed. The cleaning checks are really chill, and the management is alright. There are some problems (dishwasher breaks, shower clogs, mold, doors not shutting) I've had, but from my experience they're pretty good about fixing it. Plenty of places to park, living room and kitchen are pretty spacious. The complex is really social, can lack privacy sometimes though. People are usually very nice and down-to-earth. Its an older place, and the bedrooms are small bunk beds, and only one bathroom. It has a large kitchen and frontroom, utilities are included in your price of rent and there is tons of parking. I rented from spring '06 through summer '07.

Centennial II is ghetto, but really cheap. I rented from fall '06 through winter '07.
