This is such a great place to live! It's only a block south of campus, which is super nice. The ward is great and everyone is really social. The landlord for my apartment (#1) is super quick to respond and takes care of things right away when needed. Kensington II has 2 reserved parking spaces per apartment, and parking on the street isn't nearly as bad as it's sometimes made out to be. I rented from fall 10 through winter 11. ...
