This is one of the best places I have lived. I lived there for one year, then left and decided to come back because I missed it. Lots of hang outs and dating within the ward makes it extremely fun. I would recommend it to anyone. The prices and styles of apartments vary with each one. some are great deals, others are over priced. But in my opinion, whatever you pay is worth it for the social life you get. I rented from fall '09 through fall 11. ...

Santa B is such a fun ward to live in. I was there for almost 3 years. The apartments are small, but with only 3 of you it's perfect. The ward is so social and fun, especially during spring/summer. I'd definitely recommend it to anyone. I rented from fall '06 through winter '08. ...

I loved living here. The social is a little quite during winter but spring and summer it is wonderful! The apartments are very nice and I love that there are only 3 per apartment.
