These apartments are really nice. They are not dumpy at all. Washer/Dryer in unit, which is so nice. 1 shared room and 2 private rooms. The ward is super nice. Average age is 22-24. The location is awesome. right across from campus and so close to all the sports amenities. Although the price is slightly higher, it is good for what you are getting. Great location; nice, clean apartment; etc. I'm signed up for another year because i've loved it here! I rented from fall 10 through summer 11. ...

I live in Winter Quarters Too. Yes, that's the actual name of this building. It consists of four 2-story condos that are great. They may not be the newest, but have 2 stories for four people is just awesome. There's a large room and a small room (don't ask me why they're not the same size...) We have 3 underground parking spots and the wards great. Plus, all the athletic facilities are across the street. We have a large patio in front and w/ 2 Y-lots across the street, it's great for throwing parties. The landlords for 103 & 104 are great. The price isn't too bad. You're paying for a great location and large condo. It'd be nice to have a private room, though. I rented from spring '04 through winter '06. ...
