Worst place I have ever lived. They give you promises about BYU standards and cleaning checks, but then refuse to enforce anything. The only thing they are big on is any time they can charge someone a fine. The entire attitude I got was that they wanted to maximize revenue while minimizing their costs. They view contracts as being a way to force the renter to do things, but feel no sense of obligation to do anything. Complaints are meet with threats of retaliation, either legal or extra-legal by forcing you to move to a smaller room. A leaking bathtub facet took over 3 week from my first (of 6) complaints before they came out to fix it. They only responded after I refused to pay rent. I rented from fall 10 through summer 11. ...

This was a great place to live. The apartment and room was bigger than anywhere else i've stayed. I liked the location. The units were a bit dated but the price was good. never had any problems with management. they do enforce the contracts but i liked that as i had a roommate that was dirty and liked to break the rules, management was very cooperative. I would total recommend this place. I rented from fall 10 through summer 11. ...

The management was not kind about removing snow for people. I slipped on some ice that came from the rain guter and management didn't care. They said it was my fault! The rain guter has been leaking and broken for almost three years and still haven't fixed it. I rented from fall '08 through spring 11. ...

The management is awful. If you have any concerns it is impossible to contact the landlord. They refuse to give out him phone number, and even when he is in the office he refuses to come out and talk. They charged us excess fees and when we tried to figure out why they basically said too bad. I will be reporting them to the Better Business Bureau to try and resolve the issues. When we first moved in they lied to us about the price of rent for our unit. It took them over a week to come and fix one of our showers. I do not recommend living in any place they manage. They just do not care. ...

The property management group is horrible! They misinform you about everything from what apartment you are signed up for to the fees you will have to pay. They didn't tell me about the utilities and I ended up w/o electricity, gas, and internet for a week. The pool was "not working" for the entire summer. They will not give out the name of the owner or their supervisor's name. Do NOT live here! I rented from summer 10 through fall 10. ...

I have lived in several "BYU approved" apartment complexes in the last 3 years. These are by far the worst managed apartments I have ever seen anywhere. The unremodelled versions (although inexpensive) are seriously lacking in every aspect. Read the contract thoroughly before you sign. They will nickel and dime you for anything that requires their assistance. Without telling you, it it expected that you call the gas and electric companies and sign up under your name (which requires a large deposit). Our apartment smelled like an animal shelter the whole time... girls would never stay longer than 5 minutes... regardless of the mass quantities of airfresheners and febreeze. I am almost positive their contract is not BYU approved and highly disapprove anyone living here. Average age is around 25. Roommates were anything but BYU approved. After you pay rent they will send you a notice saying you haven't paid and will send collections on you if you don't pay the next day. Threatening to hurt your credit. It was unbearable...(my mistake) literally. I rented from winter '06 through fall '06. ...
