TERRIBLE! I never ended up living there because the when we tried to move in the place was trashed! Holes all over, black mold growing in the bedrooms, cobwebs in every corner, and the previous tenants left milk out on the counter so it smelled horrible. We went and reported this stuff to the office and when we came back there was a previous tenant in our apartment who had crawled through the window to "check the mail." Needless to say, we flipped and demanded a new place. DON'T LIVE HERE!! It's cheap but you don't even get what you pay for! I rented from fall 11 through fall 11. ...

For the price not a bad apartment but every apartment is different. My apartment first apartment was in bad shape and the stove did work right. My second apartment there was nice with newer appliances but some apartment were in bad shape. The ward was great when I was there and I loved it. Social life can lack at times but not real bad. For the price apartment are ok but I don't use the show apartment as guide for what all the apartment look like because each apartment is in different shape. I like it there but it fit my price range. Maintenance is good but one of the maintenance workers is always uptight but the others are good. Cleaning checks aren't bad as long as you do your job. I rented from spring '09 through winter 11. ...

I suppose you get what you pay for. It's quite an easy apartment complex to get into (two of my roommates signed up the weekend school was starting) probably because of the lower quality although it is a bit cheaper. It was $245 after utilities, but you basically get nothing in return other than an older housing complex and not the best service. The maintenance staff could be good, could be bad so that was hit and miss although the guy is very friendly. The office staff and management was TERRIBLE! My friend got a $90 fee for a miscommunication even though she did her cleaning check and I got a fee for another miscommunication that the manager and their office staff couldn't agree on. I personally will never live here again or recommend it. Oh, and make sure you get home by 10pm fri/sat night or you won't be parking within a mile of the complex. They have VERY inadequate parking for the amount of renters living there. I rented from fall 10 through winter 11. ...

I thought these apartments were the best deal money-wise out of any apartment I lived in at BYU. Pros: Excellent price, large living room and kitchen, fun ward, free utilities Cons: Long walk to campus, tiny bedrooms(unless you get a room to yourself but that costs quite a bit more) I rented from spring '09 through summer '09. ...

I have loved Arcadia apartments. I'm a fairly private person and felt the socializing was just right--I played a lot of board games with friends that I met at the ward, was invited to movie nights at LEAST once a week, was often invited to go dancing or out to eat. Rooms are nice, although storage space is limited. Price is great. I rented from spring '09 through fall '09. ...

You get what you pay for. Lots of issues. Dirty carpets, old, worn out, tiny bedrooms, little to no social life... The ward is nice enough but if you haven't lived there for years it's hard to break into, and there are pretty much no social activities or anything... I lived here for a semester because it was cheap and convenient, but if you are looking for something more than a place to crash, this really isn't the place for you. I rented from winter '08 through winter '08. ...

This is a frustrating place to live. The beds made it so that I could not access my desk or my clothes drawer. The carpets are in very poor shape and the bathrooms are full of mold. Overpriced for what you are paying for I rented from winter '06 through winter '06. ...
