Concord seemed great when we first moved in. We heard a few bad things but moved in anyways. Before long, it was one thing after the next... They pulled out all....ALL grass on the entire property at the same time and then left it barren dirt for a month, then proceeded to replace it in sections over the course of a month, followed by a 2 week period where it could not be walked on without threats of being fined. This place is attractive because many people have pets and they allow them. But with no grass, everyone had to take their dogs across the entire property to the back corner by the dumpster where the fake turf grass is. The trash cans around the property overflow OFTEN and they forget to refill the dog poop bag stations OFTEN, which leads to people leaving dog poop everywhere when they are out of bags. All of this was lame, but we thought whatever... We then went to move out and were SHOCKED when they told us that we owed them $300. We were expecting to get the majority of our $450 dollar deposit back, not pay them an additional $300. We took such great care of that place, and literally scrubbed on our hands and knees, cleaning everything before moving out. This company will STEAL your money, regardless of what you do to the place while you are there and before you leave. So if you want to live here, thats fine, just expect poor maintenance of the grounds, and also have some money saved for moving out because you will not get your deposit back and they will charge you for anything they can, even if it had already been done. I rented from summer 2019 through fall 2020. ...

Billed as a luxury apartment, but nothing luxurious about it. Expensive, noisy, really noisy, complimentary internet is slow, slow, slow, and office staff while nice, respond to problems with "I'm sorry" but no solutions. Won't be staying after lease is up. I rented from summer 2016 through fall 2016. ...
