The condos are all privately owned, so price and quality varies per apartment depending on the owner. They are older, but most of the places have been remodeled over the years and are nice. Our landlord lived out of state so he wasn't good about getting stuff done for us. We usually got it done ourselves then had him refund us. Big living room, a small balcony, and lots of living space in general. Bigger kitchen, and the rooms are a good size with bigger closets. Two bathrooms and washer/dryer for a max of 4 per apartment. It's all girls in the building. Location is great! The ward is great too, social, fun, and definitely established but always welcomes new people. I'd live there again but the "manager" aka the owner's daughter sold all the contracts without telling us. I rented from fall '06 through fall '07. ...

They took forever to get us our deposit back and we actually started to go to small claims court to get our money back. Make sure you read your contract - you're entitled to your deposit back complete with a list of what was subtracted from the deposit within 30 days of moving out. Other than that, we liked living there. I rented from winter '04 through winter '06. ...
