I have lived in the Lion House for 2 years and it is by far one of the hidden secrets of Provo. It's like 1 block from campus and super close to everything. I really liked the ward. Was glad to have a piano which is super rare! Somehow the Lion House and the houses next door also owned by the landlords has cool, normal people! Free parking and a parking pass for guests. I paid a little more for utilities but the house has so much space and is massive. I really loved this place and all the extra amenities, especially the balcony and fire pit. You will not regret living here! AND parking is FREE!! the spots aren't abnormally small like some places I rented from fall 10 through spring 11. I rented from fall 2012 through fall 2014. ...
