Lookout Pointe is an apartment complex in Provo just below the big "Y" on the mountain and next to the trailhead. Our spacious studio apartment was perfect for any couple. Lookout Pointe is also one of the only apartment complexes in the area that is pet friendly. Our apartment was on the second floor declining down the mountain, so it was actually on a ground level with a beautiful back patio. The view from the top of the mountain overlooks the entire valley. Our apartment had a kitchen, bathroom, vanity, 2 closets and a big pantry for any storage. We had one quiet neighbor. There was an assigned covered parking spot and always lots of open parking. There was also an awesome married student ward that we were sad to leave! 2 minute drive to BYU. On site laundry and pool. Utilities and electric are not included but VERY cheap. Google Fiber and X-Finity included. ...
