This is for Millrace NORTH, which is better quality, newer than Millrace just next to it. It's not brand new but it is ridiculously spacious. I had a master bedroom upstairs and it was insane how big it was. Came with a private bath attached. Very nice if you want a lot of space. The ceiling was really high. The location for a student at BYU is not close enough to walk. The ward is older. Most are grad students or working professionals. The social life isn't that great overall. Parking wasn't a problem. Mountain View Management was good. If you're an undergrad, go somewhere else. If you're a grad or working professional that wants a really roomy place to live you can't really beat the price. I rented from winter '08 through spring '08. ...

It's hard to find bigger and nicer apartments in Provo, Millrace north is a pretty good deal. The location is great, close to grocery stores, the gym, River trail, and not to far from campus. They are super spacious and have TONS of room for storage which is a huge plus, and parking is NEVER an issue. However it is far from perfect. The social life is a bust, if you are looking for an outgoing, cool ward then stay south of campus. You will only find geezers and grads in this ward. Everyone is really nice though. If you are 25 or older an looking to escape the frivolous teenie bopper campus life then you will fit in fine here, if you are younger, be warned. I rented from fall '07 through summer '08. ...

Great place to live in. Feels cozy and has a homey vibe. Theres alot of older people living there so if you are younger(like I) you will need to get used to it. Everyones rent is usually different b/c alot of these are privately owned. If you are looking for a place that you can go about your business and feel like you're not in an average college complex...then go with Millrace. I rented from fall '06 through fall '07. ...

Social life is a little lacking. When those living in the main section of the apartment complex find walking across the parking lot to long of a trip to visit anyone, you know there's a problem. Oh, but the rooms are amazingly large! I rented from fall '06 through summer '07. ...

MRN is a pretty good hookup if you're interested in having a wicked nice apt. Vaulted ceilings like the other guy mentioned, a nice kitchen, and a pretty cool living room. The other folks are ancient, so if you're under 25, realize you may just be the youngest person in the complex. I rented from fall '06 through summer '07. ...

I LOVE my apartment. I have vaulted ceilings, my own bathroom, a queen sized bed, etc... Granted, I pay more rent than 2 of my roommates, but they have dungeon bedrooms (HA!) and they share a bathroom. Seriously, the apartment is fabulous!!! I wish I could move it closer to campus, but I survive with driving or walking when it's warm. The ward is great, though a little older. Some of the most beautiful girls I've ever met live here, it's great. We have plenty of ward activities, and a lot of the guys in the ward are fun to hangout with (especially if you're active). BTW, this is Millrace North, there is Millrace (proper?) behind us and the apartments are a little different. I rented from fall '06 through summer '07. ...
