I hate wasting my time on things that don't benefit me. But I am actually spending my time on writing this review and hoping to find a way to complains, and hopefully others and the relevant authorities see this. There are 2 office staff in this apartment, one is Jake, he is helpful and friendly after all. The other one is Molly, and I swear If I had to deal with her from the beginning, I won't even bother to live here. I can totally rent some apartment where it makes me feel welcome. She is just rude, I don't know who hires her, she needs to be fired and I am gonna try my best to accomplish that. My family members came to visit me for 12 days, and I gave them the key to use the Gym. about a couple days later, they said they got kicked out. So I went to the office and explained the situation and I was hoping that they would understand. ( I did it professionally, nicely) and she said no. i have to work during the day, i was just hoping there can be something that they can do while i am gone, so I went and checked my contract, it didn't have rules to regulate the gym, and i went over to her and showed her this. she check the contract and said there is rules that regulate this, after checking the contract on the computer, she said if you want to be specific, your guest has to check in with me if they are staying over for 3 days. and i said , so you choose what rules to regulate? and she said do you want to talk to my lawyer, and i said sure i will call them right now and ask for clarification. So the lawyer responded that i should be fine, it is not on the contract anyway. and i told her that and here is the problem!!!!!! She said "Just because you wasted a lot of my time, I am gonna have your guests to give me their Ids by the end of the day" I was like "wtf" what kind of customer services is this? You make it hard and be rude to anyone who try to defend their rights? Just on the side note, the whole time i am very clam and try to handle the situation correctly, and she is just mean to me! But i at least get to let my family members use the gym, so i just let her do her things. about a couple weeks later, my washer leaked water and wet the carpet, so the maintenance guy came and fix this, but the carpet dryer and the dehumidifier at my place, so 2 days later i called the office and trying to see if they can have someone to pick it up, because it's on my walkway, kinda bothering me. so i asked if she can have someone to pick it up, she said you had an emergency this weekend, it's a process. I personally don't even know how this related to pick up the equipment so i asked i wonder when the guys will come then, and she said when they have time. and then i said alright thank you. Like i honestly don't even have to call you. You just want to sleep at your office and don't do anything, like honestly, it takes you a couple minutes to call the guys, but you just don't want to do any extra work, you know you are paid to sit here. If the owner ever see this, i would like to be contacted, i will be glad to show you more examples on how she does her job. If only i don't have to deal with her, this apartment would have been perfect for its price. I rented from fall 2016 through summer 2017. ...

I moved out of Oakhurst a few months ago. I could never live there again and I would never recommend it to anyone I know. The worst part of the whole experience was the staff. The main woman in the office (Paige) was a horrible person to work with. She was constantly harping on me and my roommates about every little thing. She was the rudest landlord I have ever had. Maybe she just has a thing against single people or something but she was just mean. Sorry, just being honest. The apartments are way way over priced and the pool is closed from the end of August through the winter until the end of June. It's ridiculous. Hot tub never was hot. They watch you and charge you for every little thing they can think of. Most dishonest people I have ever worked with. Just hoping to warn you all, until there is new management, avoid Oakhurst Apartments. I rented from summer '08 through summer '08. ...
