DO NOT LIVE HERE!!!!!!!!!! THIS IS A TERRIBLE PLACE TO LIVE!!!!!!!! This is a horrible place to live for several reasons. First of all, the manager, Brian Dabb, is a horrific manager and he will steal your deposit money just like he did to me!!! When I moved out I cleaned EVERYTHING very thoroughly, and I even had friends come help me clean so that everything was spotless, and then Brian stole half my deposit, claiming that several things still needed cleaning, which is a complete lie!!! He claimed there was still 8 HOURS of cleaning that still had to be done, so he put all these bogus charges on my statement which is absolutely ridiculous!!!! He even charged me $35 for a key, even though I turned in all the keys!!!! That is completely ILLEGAL! And then when I tried to ask him about it he completely ignored me! He wouldn't even answer my email until I sent him another one a week later! Then he said he didn't have to respond to me!!!! WHAT A DOUCHEBAG!!! Obviously he knows he's stealing from me because he won't even answer why he put bogus charges on my statement or why he charged me for a key when I turned in all the keys! You can see the email and the statement for yourself in the pictures here. He's refusing to explain himself because he knows he's taking advantage of tenants!! And it's even more ridiculous that he charged for "cleaning" when the apartments are disgusting to begin with! See this wall and this nasty window? Those pictures were taken on the day I moved in! The apartment was nasty and so dilapidated it's basically falling apart! And then he has the nerve to give me bogus "cleaning" charges??? Brian is THE WORST property manager. He is a complete jerk! Not only is Brian a horrible, horrible manager, but this place is disgusting and way too old. The walls are literally falling apart, sometimes revealing tons of nasty mold. Not a good place for children at all. And bikes get stolen right from the middle of the property. Also the rent is due 5 days BEFORE the month even begins, so if you pay rent any later than 5pm on the 1st day of the month, you get slammed with a $75 DOLLAR late fee. And the lot sits right next to an intersection of two prominent streets, so be prepared to hear loud dirt bikes and motorcycles at night, waking up you and your kids. There are way better places to live than this! DO NOT LIVE HERE!!!!! And, as of this posting there are no positive reviews at all, so if suddenly there appear a bunch of positive reviews, then you know Brian has just proved my point. ...

Property is nice. The Landlord isn't. Long story short, he'll take your deposit no matter what, but the property is big and private enough. I rented from fall 2015 through spring 2017.

Landlord falsely claimed we broke a number of things that were already broken when we arrived. Insisted on taking our deposit to cover the cost. I rented from fall 2016 through winter 2017.
