I lived in a privately owned apartment and it was VERY nice. The management company everybody else uses is absolutely horrible. Very large rooms, nice ward. I rented from fall '08 through summer 11.

This is the worst place I have ever lived because of FCS Management. They are awful and rude and do little to keep to their end of the contract. IF you are going to live here do so with a private owner! I rented from winter '08 through winter '08.

Really nice apartments. Queen size beds and huge closets. Third floor has vaulted ceilings. I didn't mind FCS too much. There were very prompt when we asked them to come fix our lights (next day). They are a little pricey but you get what you pay for. I rented from winter '08 through spring '08. ...

Try to get a unit that isn't managed by FCS, they pretty much suck. Queen size beds make it all worth it. I rented from winter '07 through summer '08.

I think it would be better to go through a privately owned condo. I hate the FCS management- they were rude when I first moved in, and were slow about fixing and cleaning things- but they are great apartments! Some apartments have queen beds. The closests are big, too! I rented from fall '06 through fall '07. ...
