This place is only fit for the coackroaches and rats that have infested the place. I rented from fall '06 through spring '07.

The standard living at Oak Knolls is bad. I wish I would have looked at the ratings before I moved in. The managemnet, the maintenace, the apartments all stink! I rented from spring '07 through summer '07.

Oak Knolls is the worst place I have ever lived! It is infested with roaches, the railings to the steps are rusted *bad* and they look like they are ready to fall, the steps have bird droppings, the hallways are dirty, dungy, and smell *bad* when you live on the first or second floors you have to buy carpet so it is an added expence, the kitchen is tiny and no cubboard or counter space, the laundry facilities are always dirty and the machines break down alot, you are assigned *one* parking space but if you are married or have a roomate they have to park in the limited space available and even then at night it is VERY hard to find an open space to park so you end up parking a couple of blocks away and have to walk the rest of the way home, the heating and cooling systems suck! They are so old they barely work so in the winter time you freeze and in the summer time you sweat so invest in a couple of fans and heater before moving in! I would not even recomend Oak Knolls to someone I didnt like! It's a very bad poor kept disgusting place to live! I rented from spring '05 through summer '07. ...
