As a parent I am disappointed in this complex. They tried to charge us for electricity from the previous tenant, and they knew they did that to many apts but didn't take proactive steps to let anyone know. Over priced. They want access to your checking account charge a 25 dollar fee to use a credit card and make it difficult to pay by check. Police have been out there several times.
