A Great Place If You Never Want To See Your Lease or Have Heat From: mhs111@yahoo.com Date posted: 3/3/2009 Hello, I am speaking from my experience. After three years of being a tenant, I have spent over half of that time without a lease. The leasing consultant would charge me whatever she liked and tell me that the lease is coming. The maintenance people are non-existent. The power goes out and you are trapped in the building and/or the power goes out and the emergency maintenance line is dead. Don't expect to hear back from management about anything, except rent increases. Yup, $100 per month increase in three years. Let me outta here. I rented from fall '06 through fall '08. ...
