Horrible. The building should be razed. The buildings are infested with roaches and bedbugs, the neighbors are shady (I saw several arrests during my time here), and the management are a bunch of liars. Aviod this place like the plague. Roaches, bedbugs, shady neighbors, appliances that don't work, and a landlord company that doesn't care. If your heat works, your air conditioning probably won't.
