The building was a delight to live in from its opening in 2017-2020 with multiple professional and responsive managers (I can count 7 exceptional managers during that time) and the location is excellent, but the new owners starting in 2021 (BHom) have
turned a luxury property into an example of poor management, appalling communication, and fraudulent practices. Previously supervised and reserved parking is now luck of the draw and basic provisions in the lease such as air conditioning are not repaired. Only scheduled DC Regulatory inspections begin to generate responses from management. My recommendation to residents would be to prepare to have counsel assist you when management does not respond. It's very disappointing to see a prime property lose its luster.
