DO NOT RENT FROM PEMBROKE COMMERCIAL REALITY!!! They will take you for every dollar you're worth. They are money hungry and miserable to live with. I was assaulted in my home and told I was being evicted for the police being at my apartment and noise complaints. I had less than a week to find a new home. I was given a choice of being evicted and ruining my credit, or paying them off with $3000 to break my lease. So I paid the three grand, then two months later I am being sued for $2100 worth of damages such as not sweeping out my storage shed or cleaning my dryer vent!!! PLEASE DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY!!!! YOU WILL REGRET IT!!!! I rented from spring '07 through summer '07. ...
