I have had an overall good experience at Colony Point, and I would say it is worth it for the price. I have, however, had a few maintenance problems, and the staff is not really great at communicating nor fixing the problems in a timely matter. There were not too many problems, and only one was that urgent, though, so it could definitely be worse. ...
