AND THE ROACHES IN THE HALL ARE FREE OF CHARGE, SO IS ALL OF THE LEAD PAINT DUST THAT W/BE IN YOUR APT FOR THE NEXT 2 YRS. THE COST HAS GONE UP E@ YR AS WELL THIS YR IT W/ INCREASE BY $200.
