While the unit itself is very nice, it's not worth what you're paying. I was roommate matched, which is a literal joke because my roommates could not be more opposite than me. Management was ok, there was one guy who was always nice and helpful, but the rest of them didn't really do their job. We had to request our leaking shower to be fixed 4 times before they actually did it. Hot water was broken from August to October. There's a huge fee for subleasing, which I ended up doing. Parking is a joke if you don't drive a Fiat or SmartCar (my roommate and I both hit the pillar at least once, and evidence shows others in the garage have, too). The location was perfect until it snowed and we had to figure out how to walk up a hill completely coated in ice. Social life is similar to VCU On Campus apartments, but without strict guest policies. Great security, safer area of Richmond. I rented from fall 2017 through winter 2018. ...
