I have lived in these apartments for over a year. In this time, I have been out right lied to by the apartment managers (previous and current), subjected to noisy tenants above for months at a time (stomping and banging all hours of the day and night literally) and howling dogs kept inside adjacent units, had to submit multiple maintenance requests to repair the same items which had persistent problems (never fixed when a service call was supposedly made). When I first moved in, I had the option of bringing my own washer and dryer or using the appliances provided "AT NO CHARGE". I had just bought my own new washer and dryer less than four months before moving in. I donated them to charity and elected to use the appliances provided. Now, they want to charge $35 PER MONTH for using their appliances. That is $420 per year! There are comparable places for less money and hopefully with more integrity.
