PROS: The price is right. The 1 and 2 bedrooms are HUGE. The 3 bedrooms are a bit smaller in terms of open space because there is another floor stacked on top which takes away the chance for high ceilings. I had 1100 square feet and enjoyed the high ceilings. You will pay more as heat rises. 95/64/express are all with in one mile of the complex. Free parking, internet, water, trash, and sewer. Cons: LOUD. if you don't want to hear your neighbors, then go elsewhere. I hear everything they do, even sneeze. I have lived in this apartment for about 3 months and I love it! I have never encountered a property owner that is as nice and friendly as Shockoe Properties! They are never rude on the phone, always return my calls, and can answer any question I have at any given time. Our property manager Adam, does tend to be very busy and hard to reach, but he will always call you back, or there are numerous other people in the office that are more than willing to help you. The apartment itself is wonderful! Central AC/Heat, our own washers/dryers, brand new stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, huge floor plan, the works! I absolutely love it here.
