Mason Brothers is the absolute worse company to rent from and if you didn't know they actually don't own the buildings-Metro Properties is the owner. Mason Brothers never fix anything on time or correctly, however they keep upping the rent each year. It is impossible to ever talk to a person in their office. You have to fax all service requests (usually several times) before anyone fixes it half fast!!! I would never recommend renting from them!! My building leaks terribly and there is tons of mold all of the place. The windows don't come crashing down if you try to open them. There is a problem with mice and roaches too!!! When there employees actually do show up to fix something they make a huge mess and then you have to fax the office to get someone to clean it up. Again-NEVER EVER rent from Mason Brothers, LLC.
