I had a wonderful experience at The James. It has a pool, gym, lounge area, and even a shuttle that takes students to and from the university. The staff is very friendly. I highly recommend living here.

It’s a really nice apartment for a decent price. Very spacious and you have your own privacy. Very modern looking and neat. Well organized and a beautiful kitchen. There’s a pool, basketball and volleyball court and even a game room. Each room comes with a porch or a balcony depending on what floor you are on. It’s a very quiet neighborhood as well. ...

Overpriced for the value. Although you do get your own bathroom and the rooms are a decent size, that is really the only benefit of living here. The shuttle was never on a consistent schedule and stopped early on the weekends so unless you have a car, it was hard to get on campus. The walls are paper thin, and many residents have roaches. ...
