Overall the complex is nice. The townhomes have more room inside than I thought. The exterior of the buildings is very nice looking and the clubhouse/management building is beautiful. The only big problem that I have is the management. They never answer
the phone the first time you call them, they usually get back to you a day or two after you first contact them. Another problem I have is the wifi in our place. It cuts out constantly and is extremely slow which is terrible for online classes. I can't really blame the complex though as our internet service provider is pretty much the only one in the area, so all the other housing areas around campus have the same provider. This complex also doesn't allow any pets except for service animals, but they don't seem to enforce that too hard considering the number of dogs and cats that I've seen. That doesn't really bother me personally, but I know it bugs some other residents. Our furniture and kitchen aren't amazing, but I don't expect much from a college apartment. My roommates are 2 of my close friends from high school and we get along pretty well, minus the fact that one of them never does the dishes but it's not that big of a problem. I've had a pretty positive experience at Maple Ridge except for the management and WiFi, but overall it's going better than I thought it would.
