I really enjoyed my time at The Chase, the apartments had recently been renovated so everything was very clean and maintenance was great. There was a sand volleyball court that was also kept very clean.

Property management is poor and unprofessional. Many unfair practices including: unresponsive to maintenance requests, levying outrageous fees for small tenant maintenance items, installing faulty appliances and unresponsive in replacing them, calculating late fees on rent that is not late, not returning deposits when apartment is returned to original condition, and overall unfair practices language buring in long lease so you're likely to miss it when you review and sign the lease.
