Wonderful place to live, Spacious apartments that make it easy to have multiple roommates and low cost rent without giving up privacy or sacrificing pace and quiet. As with all apartments particularly in a college town, noisy neighbors are frequent but there just as many lovely families living in the area. ...

Eagle Point was a very highly rated and well-maintained apartment complex. I appreciated the amount of care that went into the care of the facilities and the amenities offered. However, Eagle Point is the highest priced apartments in Cheney and after one year living there, I realized that it wasn't worth the extra costs for the amenities because I didn't use them a lot. ...

A nice place to live sometimes neighbors is loud. A mile away from Eastern Washington University. Nonpet friendly however service animals are accepted and spacious apartments are an option with grounds that are kept nice.

Lived at Eagle Point for a year, and unfortunately did not have a great experience. In the 14 months that we were there, the property could not keep a manager for longer than a few months; I believe we had a total of 4. One of the managers somehow misplaced 2 out of 3 of our rent checks one month, which happened to be turned in inside of he same envelope. The apartments are new and have all of the amenities to make them appear to be a great deal, however the complex was poorly constructed. By the time we moved out, we had our baseboard heaters coming loose from the wall, pieces of cupboards that were coming loose, and caulking in the kitchen that was pulling away from the countertop. Keep in mind, we were the first to ever live in this apartment and we took VERY good care of it. One more thing... the apartments are very inconveniently located and NOISY when I lived in them, because they are currently constructing a new middle school 500 feet away, and additional apartment buildings in the complex. OVERALL, I would not encourage you to live here. Other options, such as Boulder, Rock Springs, and even older complexes are nicer and more affordable, with better management. I rented from summer 10 through summer 11. ...
