STAY AWAY! The new owner has allowed this apartment to flounder. He has no on-site manager, which probably is an improvement from his previous manager, that leased to his brother and thought it should be OK to play the drums in this small complex. The price is good, everything else is bad. I don't think this apartment can be thought of as a home under this ownership. - soon to be former tenant I rented from spring '02 through fall '07. ...
