This place is old. But very unique. The landlord is cool. But not if your really picky. Basically you can do whatever you want here. 3 bocks from BCC and very chill. Parking is a pain in the ass. But the duplexes or townhomes whatever you want to call them are very big and have great sound control. You really can't hear your neighbors at all. Only if they are outside. This place is pretty quiet though. But still very sound proof. Love it here. The rent is way to high for what you get.
