This property management has lost a class action lawsuit, millions, for illegal utilities billing and illegally withholding damage deposits. Another court date against this property on September 27th. Can't fix stupid

The on site manager left on suspicious terms. With that, he left his keys with his homeless friend Jeff, he broke in the storage lockers and took carts full of tenants belongings. He took all the fire extinguishers and when one of the tenants tried to stop him she got hit in the face with the giant, heavy key ring. Management/police did nothing. He's still out there, with keys to our apartments. Management refusing to change the locks. I'll be out soon. ...

The second my lease is up I'm out! Don't go here, it's awful. I have way to much to tell. There is a reason the advertised rent keep going down. Keep looking anything is better that this slum lord house

Went nearly two weeks without a working toilet. Went months without a working dishwasher. Went months without a working washer and dryer. If you ask about it they harass you. Look at the reviews folks. Check out the court claims, they lose all. We looking forward to our day in court. Cheers Sammie! ...

Filthy, horrible place. It took 4 months to get a working dishwasher. 10 days without a working toilet. The washing machines broke down mid December and we're still not working when I left the end of March. The upstairs neighbor didn't walk his 80lb dog and was allowed to wash the piss and sh** onto the decks below. Disgusting place. ...
