everythings is okay besides the lazy and irresponsible landlord omar. never got a lease agreement for 2 years. continously needed to reming the landlord omar to fix our smoke alarm and it took him 2 years to do that. we've been living with a broken smoke alarm and we had to remind him every time we bumped into him and all he said was, "yah yah" and finally did it after 2 years. they also blamed us for a broken window which was broken since we moved in and asked why we didn't complain since the beginning and our respond was, "How do you complain to a landlord who just pushes all his responsibilities away! Who ignores you're complaints and blames you for stuffs you didn't do!" the landlord is so lazy he even asked one of the tenants to clean around the building and he'll (omar) will pay him(the tenant)! The landlord cannot do his job!! if he doesn't like you, you won't get your security deposit back even if you leave your apartment clean. He doesn't treat everyone fair and is based on if he likes you. I rented from fall '05 through fall '07. ...
