there are better deals for the cost (i pay $1,000 without any amenities and the constant plumbing issues for a large one bedroom..the rent is raised every several months after lease is completed) no parking but there are occasionally spaces across the
way at the Iliad for $50 a month for a carport space...the biggest plus is the beautiful courtyard and fairly nice lobby with stained glass and pretty wallpaper. hardwoods are old in my apartment, and need to regulate the heat by opening windows as it gets really hot sometimes and manage controls the radiators.
I love the two huge walk in closets, whereas the kitchen is tiny and counter tops are cramped.
I rented from spring '04 through summer '07.
