During my year at this residence the management has showed me no concern for my comfort of living. My neighbors were terribly loud, when I approached the management regarding this, I was asked not to become personally involved in the matter. I was assured that the management would handle the situation. After five months of contacting the management via email and phone, the situation had not improved at all. Upon move in, I had signed a lease that was described by the management to me that the $99 deposit I had given them was to be used for apartment cleaning, painting and upkeep upon vacating said apartment. One week after I move out, I receive a bill charging me $185 for apartment cleaning, painting and upkeep. I had spent several days cleaning the apartment, the kitchen, bathroom, carpets etc. It was explained to me that should there be any damages to the apartment that I would be charged an additional fee for repairs. I can understand and respect that. However, as I read my bill, nowhere does it say that there are ANY damages to the apartment. I see no need to charge an additional cleaning fee for things that need not be cleaned again. In short, I feel that for the year that I lived there I was being lied to and cheated out of my money for services I did not receive and broken promises. Even now that I no longer live there, they still try and steal my money. They wanted me to "Live well"... I did not. I rented from spring '09 through spring 10. ...
