Landlord is a crook. The office is irresponsible and unprofessional on every level possible.

I have had the worst experience with this apartment. The landlord is unattentive and leaves parts of the building in shambles, lights off, and laundry room unmanaged and a mess. It is way too expensive (1100 for a one bedroom) for the amount of space you get (430 sq ft). The landlords are crooks and take no responsibility for misinformation or the problems with the building. Honestly, I would never live here ever again, AVOID AT ALL COSTS. You can find something better and closer to the university districts best spots. DON'T LIVE HERE. ...

You really can't beat this overall package. There's a new landlord who is extremely responsive. The building overlooks the U Village and is so close to the apartment
