The only thing this place has going for it is the location. The place is a renter's nightmare. There is no management and the rent is ridiculous. Leave it to R.D. Merrill to take a decent complex and turn it to garbage. You will regret living here if you're fool enough to be suckered in by the location. I rented from winter '07 through summer '09. ...
