This place is a true ghetto. Check out apartmentratings.com to see how bad the residents hate this place. It's built on a landfill and sits next to the city dump!! Parking lot is dark because they don't want to put lights out. Stay away from Madrona Pointe. I rented from spring '04 through spring '08. ...
