I am rating Himount Gardens Apartments mostly 5 stars because my experience has been good. The only problem is the parking. You can only park on one side of the street because of the police station, so there isn't much parking near my building most of the time. Sometimes I get lucky, but I really can't complain. Quality I rated 4 because although I love this apartment there are some updates I think that could made it better, but the price I pay is a fair trade. I rented from fall 2015 through winter 2017. ...
