One of the worst place I have ever lived in, John the manager is absolutely awful person to deal with. In fact you will waste more time dealing with John continuously trying to do something to your apartment than actually leaving there. I am not kidding, look at the below reviews on him entering your house without permission, they are true! The apartments are awfully kept, pluming is completely broken and mostly every month you will have to have maintenance in your bathroom or kitchen. Laundry room never works and when it does people crow it. As far as neighbors, some of the are really rude, some of them are ok and some of them have mental issues or drug abuse problems. Be CAREFUL AT MANAGEMENT! Kathy, the lady that takes care of that apartment is a horrible person, my neighbor was crying because she was kicked out for no reason, from a conversation that I have heard in the hallways (who was tragic), Kathy apparently told her that the management is kicking her out just because they can. This in fact happened to me too, although at the beginning she at least had the courtesy to tell me that it was because they needed to renew the apartment. BEWARE OF THIS PLACE!
