The landlords are terrible with having anyone here to fix or clean anything. Puke on the steps since January 1st it is now almost June. Fixing anything in the apartment...never happens. And for showings, they send out an email saying they will come whenever they want for March April and May. Thanks for that 12 hours notice EVERY OTHER landlord gives. ...

After dealing with a terrible landlord prior to moving here I was thrilled with the service I have received from the landlord of The Comstock. She has been wonderful with questions, concerns, or things we have needed lately. The place is of average quality. Some things aren't as "shiny and new" but everything works fine. There have been some circuit issues, but nothing that a run downstairs to the switchboard can't fix. Price is great, especially with 3 roommates. The place is large and spacious with nice high ceilings. Parties go on quite often during the weekend but nothing worse than you would deal with if you were to live in the dorms. The entrance is a little run down and stairwell needs some cosmetic changes, but that's not to say the actual living quarters are not up to par. Overall, I have been very happy with my move. I rented from fall 10 through summer 11. ...

The apartments are actually pretty big. You get either a 4bed or 3bed apartment for a decent price. However, the people you live with can be very loud. Parties til 3AM all the time, since everyone living here either goes to MSOE, MATC, or UWM. Some of the apartments are nicer than others. Hardwood floors throughout. Don't expect much from maintenance thought. ...
